you can replicate the bug in the following manner: rip a couple of cd's in mp3 format. create a single playlist adding both cd's to the playlist in track order, ie cd1's tracks first, cd2's tracks next. save off the playlist. now start up an internet radio station. let the radio station play for "a while" (probably more then a half hour). go back to the playlist of the cd's and you'll see that the order of the playlist has changed from being in track order.
