No.  Klatin requires the KDE3 version of kdeedu-data and libkdeedu3,
neither of which are available in Intrepid or later.  Packaging these to
be safely co-installable with their KDE4 counterparts would be a
significant effort that no one is likely to undertake.

According to http://markmail.org/message/gj6zlmsmsquvmeul kwordquiz
(which we do have) can make use of the klatin vocabulary, so perhaps
that would be a suitable replacement?
