Andrea: I'm sorry to hear that (I found the confusion around not being able to read bigger SD cards highly annoying as there seem to be few warnings).
As for how do you close this particular bug: At the top of the page there is a table with the word Status in it and below there is the word New. Click on the word New and a new area should appear beneath the table. In the new area there should be the word Status again with a dropdown that is currently on New. Change the dropdown value to Invalid and click the Save Changes button not far below it.
