Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since
this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work,
I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.
I can confirm this error using Jaunty development version 9.04, up to
date as of 2009-02-10. I am attaching the files from /var/log after
aptempting to run sudo dist-upgrade in the terminal. Running it a second
time did not repeat the error.
