Confirmed in daily 20090209. I investigated some and these are the data points I have found:
* The keyboard does show up in lsusb in the installer environment. * The "usbhid" kernel module is loaded. * There is no device for the USB keyboard in /dev/input/ (however the USB mouse does have devices in that directory). * dmesg seems to show that the keyboard is enumerated as a USB device but never attached to the HID driver like it should be. ** Attachment added: "lsusb from install environment" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/22487288/20090209-lsusb-v-v.txt -- Regression: USB/Wireless keyboards not working on Jaunty alternate daily CD - from Alpha 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/316205 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
