Chris, Thanks for giving me a heads up on the fix. When I attempted to insert the envelope, it appeared to work as it was originally supposed to; the Print Preview appeared satisfactorially. I agree, close it out.
When I attempted to print the envelope from my printer, the printed return address on envelope came out rotated 90 degrees clockwise, but that's another problem. It may just be how my printer is setup - straight feed, end first. I'll work with it awhile and see what I can figure out. If I can't work it out, I'll submit another discrepancy report.
