Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: subversion

Since ages I cannot use the svn client any more on my laptop. Nearly every
action results in a segfault. This problem already existed under hardy and was
not fixed by an update to intrepid. I've already reported the problem at the
developer list of subversion and they suspect that the subversion binary was
linked against another version of libapr1 than it is running with:

r...@little-tux:~# dpkg -l | grep libapr
ii libapr1 1.2.12-4

ii libaprutil1 1.2.12+dfsg-7
The Apache Portable Runtime Utility Library
r...@little-tux:~# dpkg -l | grep libsvn
ii libsvn1 1.5.1dfsg1-1ubuntu2
                    Shared libraries used by Subversion
r...@little-tux:~# dpkg -l | grep subversion
ii subversion 1.5.1dfsg1-1ubuntu2
                    Advanced version control system

The strange thing is that those versions are exactly the same as on
other intrepid machines I'm using and they are working there. I've
already tried pruning them complete and then reinstalling everything but
that did not help. I can also confirm that this is unrelated to my
current user settings. A completely new account gives the same
segfaults.
