well, I don't think its a big deal. Its just failing to download an edgy repository listing, which you don't want anyway since you are running intrepid. I would close this bug until you have problems installing/upgrading a package. Then its an issue.
Also, if you've been upgrading since edgy, you may want to consider a fresh install.
