The lastest kernel release is: $ cat /proc/version_signature Ubuntu 2.6.28-7.20-generic I reported this bug with this kernel release as new bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/330072) because I'm not sure if it's the same. Anyway, I marked it as duplicate. I think that the problem is with non-free nvidia driver.
