KTorrent 3.2rc1, in my testing, only does ~21 wakeups per second in
Kubuntu 9.04. Once 3.2 rc1 gets released in Jaunty (See bug 296433) we
can close this bug. Unfortunately it probably will never be fixed for
KTorrent 2.x, since the KTorrent developers have stopped working on
KTorrent 2.x.
