it all depends on the benchmark.
How do you plan to reproduce on Windows?
If you take a look at recent benchmarks, you'll see that Ubuntu performs
faster here:

Let me know which kind of test you've done and what are the results.

I agree! But it is imperative to perform a sound benchmarking, it is not
easy as it seems.
