I've been using 1.1.2.dfsg-1 for a couple of weeks and it worked well. Today I decided to limit the the upload speed, and tried to restart, and now deluge won't start again. When opening in a terminal all I get is 1.1.2 and nothing else. Checking ps I get the following:
