Public bug reported:

This is a tracker bug for merging libdvdread from Debian unstable and
doing rebuild for all the reverse-build-depends.

1. There is a ABI bump in the Debian version. Hence all the rebuilds will need
to wait for libdvdread4 to clear new queue.
2. After libdvdread, libdvdnav needs to be synced before any other rebuild.

Changelog since current Ubuntu version.

libdvdread (4.1.3-3) unstable; urgency=low
