I don't think you need to worry about this.  It seems to be working as
intended.  Do you have any reason to think it's causing a problem?

The following line in the log shows linux is working around this BIOS
issue.

[    0.004000] This costs you 64 MB of RAM
[    0.004000] Mapping aperture over 65536 KB of RAM @ 20000000

If you can change the BIOS settings to avoid wasting this 64MB of RAM,
then great.  But it looks like you have over 4GB, so it's peanuts in
relative terms :-).
