I can confirm this bug. I am having the same problem. It seems as though
it only occurs when I first touch the pad.

For example, when I am moving my cursor from the lower left corner to
the upper right, I swipe the touchpad, lift my finger and swipe it
again. When my finger touches the pad before the swipe (the first and
second time), the cursor jumps as described in this bug. However, this
is not always reoccurring. Sometimes when I first touch the touchpad,
the cursor does not jump (I would say 75% of the time it jumps). But for
sure, it only occurs when my finger first touches the pad. If I don't
lift my finger, the cursor moves normally.

Is this related to Bug #320639?
