Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

1- Mount a remote share with MP3 files (with SSH)
2- In Nautilus select all mp3 files in a given directory on the remote file
3- Right-click on one of them and click "Open with Video player" (Totem)

Result : the playlist is loaded in reverse alphabetical order.
Consequence : we cannot open an album to listen because tracks are listed in
reverse order.
Word-around : open the directory containing the files (right-click on folder
and select "open with")

With local files, files are loaded in the correct order. This "reverse
order" behavior is observed only with remote files.

Applies to Ubuntu 8.10.

** Affects: totem (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
