Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. I am closing this
issue for now as it clearly points out common network problems. Ssh
sessions often hang when using routers or network equipment which do not
respect idle connections and therefore need up to 30 seconds to come up
/ synch again. Sometimes helpful is using the TCPKeepAlive setting (see
"man ssh_config" and ssh level alives.
