I am also back to 32bit on an old computer but this is because the 64bit-machine died. As I have the same surfing-habit as I had on the faster, better equipped machine I can say: No problems on 32bit side, no more "stuck" videos or jerking when refreshing the buffer (less RAM, slower CPU, 8 MB graphic card instead of 256).
