I have put the list of the content of the package as installed on my system. There is no "text, gsdoc, PDF and HTML documentation" in it. It is supposed to look like this: http://www.gnu.org/software/gnustep/resources/documentation/Developer/Base/ I think it is obvious enough that the package does not contain what it is should, isn't it?
