High X.org CPU usage is usually *not* an X server bug.  The server is
simply responding to client demands, and if the client application is
driving X to hard, it can generate high CPU loads showing up against X.
So you need to figure out what client program is driving X so hard.  See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Troubleshooting/HighCPU for guidance in doing
this, and update the 'Package' for this bug once you've found it.
