Please note that the above upload is a _partial_ fix. If you have only a single LVM PV, it should fix things for you. After upgrading, if you've copied the persistent storage rules to /etc/udev/rules.d, you should remove that file. If you just edited the file in /lib/udev/rules.d, it will be overwritten anyway.
