What does lspci say about your wireless card? eg are you using an Intel 4965 ABN card and trying to connect to an 11n network?
Hardy didn't support 11n mode on these cards, but the iwlagn driver in Intrepid/Jaunty does, and it seems it has some problems with 11n networks. If you are using iwlagn, you can try disabling 11n with: sudo modprobe -r iwlagn && sudo modprobe iwlagn 11n_disable=1 To make it permanent, add 'options iwlagn 11n_disable=1' to /etc/modprobe.d/options. -- network manager frequently disconnects from secure networks in intrepid https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/294905 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
