I've seen the xinput property names change, although it was upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty, where they each gained an extra leading "Evdev ". I set scrollwheel emulation with a script though, so I just updated the xinput commands to use the new property names. I'm not sure if the name change was intended or not, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, if you see what I mean.
