Hi Dan

Many thanks for following this up - The problem was resolved with the
updates when they eventually become available.

as a different issue, I have recently bought a Dell Vospera 420 - Intel Quad
Processor (9600), Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT and 4GB RAm - but the Ubuntu disk
simply refused to load beyond the initial install screen - and there were
multiple beeps from the computer. Is it possible to run Ubuntu?

Best wishes,

Dr Bradley BROWNE
