Public bug reported:

After unmountig usbsotrage appear alert box: "*Writing data to device*
There is data that needs to be written to the device Blablabla before it
can be removed. Please do not remove the media or disconnect the drive."
you will get choice between "Cancel" or "Ok". They both do the same but
meaning of Cancel connected to the major notification "Writing data to
device". In this case if i press cancel will mean to me "do not write
data to device!".

Second problem is, this message will not go away or be replaced with new
message like "data is written you can remove the device Blabla".

1. Scenario:
- normal user write a big file to the storage and try to remove it. He will get
aller box like this and go to make caffe. After some seccond will come
Notification Bubble for only 3 seconds.
- user come with caffe and see only old alert box "do not remove the device"
- user is angry. he can't remove device. so linux is slow, linux sacs.

2. Scenario:
- same like before only with Notification Bubble instead. (it old ubunt stile
but not really working too. tested on some users). Normally Notification Bubble
do not give really importent information, so if user try to remove device alert
will appear for short time so some user will not notice that.
- result: data will be corrupted.
- user is angry. linux sacs.

Solution of the problem?
