hi.. a last report from me to this problem:

my "old" notebook is now dead - but i use now a other hardware (same
modell). It is the same modell that u use!

Maxdata PRO 8100 IWS

my "new" notebook got an update for the nic from maxdata, while the
previous user had also connectivity problems under windows with newest
drivers (~ a year back).

When I boot the notebook I can see after BIOS POSt screen a Intel Bios
Message which I not had on my "old" notebook.

result of the new notebook (with new rom/whatever) is, that I never had
this transmit errors!

I think, u should try to get u update (u have to send the notebook
there). i now maxdata is dead - but there is a company who made support
for the devices.

I add my dmidecode output from my notebook as attachment. ignore the

Manufacturer: BUYMPC
Product Name: T3200

it is left, when u dont use the dmi patch from maxdata after bios
update.
