Oxygen. I reported this because I could reproduce it on 4 computers. Your screenshot, however, shows a larger panel than my (default sized) one. When adapting the height of the panel, the text becomes visible.
The question is now: should this still be considered a bug? I see 3 possible minor reasons. - 2 users in this company noticed this after the upgrade to 4.2 and were confused by this.
