Apple PowerBook G4 (5,4)
This problem has been apparent since upgrade from Dapper --> Edgy and remains
in Feisty. The ALT key on the PowerBook keyboard does not register which makes
it impossible to kill X or switch to a VT. In xev, the keycode shows up as "64".
