Confirmed in ubiquity 1.11.14. Steps to reproduce:
Create an NTFS partition spanning the entire disk using gparted.
Run ubiquity and select advanced partitioning.
Delete the NTFS partition and create an ext4 partition in its place, press OK
on the dialog.
Select the partition and hit edit, change the size to a smaller value, press OK.
Ubiquity will now try to run ntfsresize over the ext4 partition.
