Public bug reported: Attempting to suspend my EeePC 701 fails.
The screen fades to black, but with a flashing cursor, and the power LED does not flash (as it is supposed to). At this point I usually hard-reset the Eee by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. Strangely, after doing this and later restarting, the Eee _will_ suspend normally, and Apport detects the crash I'm reporting here. That is... Shut down normally, restart, attempt to suspend, suspend fails. Hard reset, restart, attempt to suspend, suspend successful. Hardware:- Asus EeePC 701 4G Software:- Ubuntu 9.04 (up to date as at 25/02/09). ProblemType: KernelOops Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from resuming properly.
