Yes, it was mis-typed. Weird, that everywhere on the net you can find
wrong answers for that problem.

So, to sum up, keyboard issue was resolved in my case by simply typing
"i8042.nopnp=1 i8042.dumbkbd=1" in GRUB's boot options.


IT IS NOT "i8402".  thats typo!!

CORRECT ONE IS "i8042".

Problem resolved.
