I just tested the Live Disc of Jaunty Alpha 5 but there was the same Problem
with Alpha 4.
First everything works well, but after a while my CD/DVD device starts to stop
the disc and restart reading and everything freezes. So I'm not able to install
Jaunty most time. After a reboot everything works well. So I need to install
Jaunty 4 times to finish the installation.
While booting from HD it works quite well (for me much better than Intrepid)
It is not a problem with my CD/DVD Device because it boots from a Hardy live
disc very well and I have no problems to install Hardy.
Both discs were burned with the highest speed my device provides.
A funny thing that happens just before the system freezes is, that the
system thinks that I have 4 or some times 5 batterys in my Laptop.
