Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I just want to thank you guys for a brilliant piece of software. I am listening to Garbage using your Rhythmbox player running under Ubuntu Linux v 8.05 (intrepid ibex) on my compaq pressario laptop using a pair of old earphones. The sound quality is amazing on cheap hardware. The visualisation GOOM what a GOOM is just amazing. I dual boot windows xp and the result with windows media player is not nearly as good. I think that is all about the ALSA linux sound driver. I don't really know. You certainly don't need to spend a lot of money on expensive hardware like soundcards. Well done and thank you.
