Clearly report it. Otherwise there is no chance to fix it before this goes to updates. Could you open a new bug report and add a little more information to it (lspci -vvnn. dmesg, lsmod). Do you have linux-backports-modules enabled or not? Please assign me to that report (stefan-bader-canonical). Package should be linux (Ubuntu).
