It looks a bit mingled in the report, but:

abinum = 23

This means the ABI is 23, so as long as your kernel build does not
change things that cause kernel functions to have different arguments or
to vanish, you won't need to do the other packages. But if you do, you
would have to rebuild them in the order kernel lum (if this exists for
that release), lbm, lrm. Maybe the following page explains it better:

This looks like you already (at least) two more release entries in your
changelog. In that case the abi files are expected in
debian/abi/2.6.24-23.48ubuntu1~kg0. The location _always_ changes when
you add a new release.
