** Description changed:

  I applied the latest kernel upgrade (2.6.27-13.29) and when I reboot it
  I got a black screen instead of the logon screen. The graphic driver
  can't be load ?  I have an nvidia  GeForce 8400M GS with 177.82 driver
  on Dell XPS m1330.
