Thanks for that, now I have another problem.

Any time I try to install Ubuntu (and also Debian) in a computer running 
an analog monitor I am confined to resolution of 800 x 600.  There are 
NO options.
Do the same with an LCD screen and no problems.
Help please, I have several people waiting on this.
