Andriy, 1.51 is the latest stable upstream release, and therefore a
perfect candidate for backporting. It makes no sense to backport an old
version over the latest where no regressions have been identified. LTS
users that demand high stability should not be using backports anyway.

Again, 1.42 has already been removed from the Ubuntu repositories.
Please see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports where rule
#1 states "Only packages currently in Ubuntu's repositories are eligible
for backporting".
