No jaunty does NOT fix this. I tried a fresh live-session. Launch gedit Switch to firefox and type sth Once gedit completed loading it will be focussed.
Expected behaviour: Since I have intentionally switched to firefox I don't wanna be bothered, just leave gedit open in the back.
