No, but the issue isn't in the panel, rather in a plugin. You added several instances of systemload/netload/fsguard plugins, with do some heavy polling (I tested your configuration and it indeed take a lot of cpu & memory). So please retry with a lighter configuration, readd your plugins one-by-one, and file a bug against the one triggering this bug. Thanks.
