@Charles: /etc/nut/nut.conf is available and used as of 2.4.1-2, both in Debian (Sid) and Ubuntu (Jaunty). @Martin: if you want to have the full framework running, without having a real UPS, you might want to give a try to dummy-ups. For an example use, look at: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-bugcontrol/qa-regression-testing/master/annotate/257?file_id=testnut.py-20080227144343-m47lrqbrwv3xm20b-1 Basically, just touch /etc/nut/dummy.dev, and put "dummy.dev" as the port in ups.conf.
as Charles told, there is probably a difference between your setup and ours (my tests were done on intrepid though) that justify the crash not being caught. Now I don't see where to dig more to catch this. @Martin: any hints? -- Arnaud -- apport doesn't seem to catch a SIGSEGV in NUT https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/240565 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
