I still have the same problem, too  .mp4 and several .flv files are also
not playable.

I checked out the video codecs and found out that all files, no matter
if they were a .mp4 .mkv .flv, used the h264 video codec. I got this
from the information ffmpeg gave me.

I added an .flv video as attachment, but it should do as well.
