Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: file-roller

Technical info:
* file-roller v.2.24.1
* Ubuntu 8.10 (latest updates)

Bug info:

1) make e.g. 2 directories - test1 & test2, put some files & folders in each.
2) select both and make ZIP archive by file-roller.
3) well, now open it in file-roller and try to delete folder test1 for example
- select it and hit DEL (or by context menu, doesn't matter). make sure, that
in dialog box you check "selected"
4) all files and folders within that unhappy directory will be deleted with no
remorse. BUT NOT their parent directory "test1". That is.
5) Instead of that - on step 3 if I select 'all' in context menu - all two
folders test1 and test2 will be deleted!

That affect only at ZIP archives (I tried ZIP, RAR, TAR.BZ2, TAR.7Z,
TAR)

P.S. Second note - in pure 7z archive function of removal seems to be
not implemented at all - when I try to do that error happens:

** 7-Zip  4.58 beta  Copyright (c) 1999-2008 Igor Pavlov  2008-05-05
** p7zip Version 4.58 (locale=ru_RU.UTF-8,Utf16=on,HugeFiles=on,1 CPU)
**
** Updating archive /home/boobaloo/test2/test2.7z
** System error:
** E_NOTIMPL

But, what interest - when I use .tar.7z - I unpack archive twice, then
delete what I want in TAR and then succesfully update 7Z. that little
bit strange.

Cheerz!

** Affects: file-roller (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
