Gone through https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hotkeys/Troubleshooting and stopped on 13.: nothing in input-events, acpi_listen or showkeys. Affected keys: Fn+F2 (charge battery on), F3 (charge battery off), F7 (DellControllPoint Software Trigger), F8 (Switch Video Output). Suspend (Fn+F1) works.
