This error is usually file system corruption or memory corruption. Could
you please run a filesystem and memory test? The files are checked for
their sha256 sum when they are downloaded (and discarded if the hashsum
does not match), it would be interessting to get the sha256sum of the
file you have in /var/cache/apt/archives
