Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cryptsetup

I have one single volume group over two physical volumes. I had a previous
encrypted whole filesystem (excluding /boot) created with hardy alternate. I
installed Jaunty (fresh installation) and I have 2:1.0.6-7ubuntu6 cryptsetup.
Before I could not get my volume group detected. I could just proceed with boot
after manual cryptsetup , vgscan and vgchange in busybox. After reading other
bugs reports I created the voilume groups with the same name they existed in
the previous installation.
Now the weird thing is that I am getting prompted for just one of the two
disks in the crypttab, what prevents my lvm root from being found. I am always
prompted for the first disk in the crypttab, the other is ignored. I changed
the order of them and I got prompt for the another and got the previous working
ignored. Something is preventing my initramfs to cryptsetup luksopen the second
disk in crypttab... This may be related to other bugs described, particulary
the 317297, but partially...

** Affects: cryptsetup (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
