I cleaned the directory /var/cache with apt-get clean, and reloaded the kernel update package. and it worked fine and repaired unfullfilled dependencies.
So If there is not anyone else meeting this problem, my opinion is that it was due an unnoticed temporary file transfer or harddisk error and there is no reason to continue processing this bug report.
