Of course it shouldn't be like that, but out of curiosity, did you try
setting the desktop font sizes? We might want to clarify if this is a
problem with the font settings for your specific language.
Please right click on the desktop and click "Change Desktop Background",
then click on the "Fonts" tab at the top.
You should see a list of fonts and font-sizes which you can configure
for your desktop, windows, and menus there.
Maybe you can try playing with the sizes to see if that helps. Attached
is an example image of how my font's are configured.
