I still get this error in Kubuntu Jaunty alpha 6 !! But it occurs randomly, most of the times i am able to submit bugs. So, I don't think it is fixed completely yet. This is preventing some of the crashed from being submitted.
I am getting in even when firefox is open and the network connecting is active !!
