Then try to print a document with more than one copy. After the job has disappeared from the queue or turned into "Stopped" state, do sudo cp /var/log/cups/error_log ~ sudo chmod 777 ~/error_log and attach ~/error_log to this bug report. This probably the same as bug 345183.
